Creating mandalas and other artisanal or artistic works is my secret garden.
It is a therapeutic action that is played out entirely in the total attention of the gesture, in the respect of the rhythm of the breath, of the quiet opening, waiting full of curiosity for the non-predetermined image that will emerge.
Observing a Mandala is also therapeutic. It plunges into a variegated world of lights and colors, in the slowness of its creation, in the promised land of a non-violent order, which is composed in a Whole respectful of singularities.
